Version 1 — effective July 2026. Buying from SweetieWear means you agree to these terms (you'll confirm this at checkout).
Purchases & payment
All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in USD and include the exact tax calculated at checkout for your location. We sell and ship to the United States and Canada.
Digital products
Download links and the My Purchases library are for the buyer only. Access may be revoked on refund, payment dispute, or license violation. File usage is governed by the Digital License.
Physical products
Shirts are printed to order by our production partners. Production and delivery estimates are in the Shipping policy; problems are covered by the Returns policy.
Intellectual property
All artwork, the SweetieWear name, and site content are our property. Purchasing grants the license described — never ownership of the artwork.
Acceptable use
No fraudulent payments, no automated scraping of files or images, no abuse of download links. We may cancel orders and revoke access for violations.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
