Short version: if something's wrong, we make it right.
Printed shirts — 30-day guarantee
If your shirt arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. Because every shirt is printed to order just for you, we can't accept returns for size or change-of-mind, so please check the size chart before ordering.
Order cancellation
You can cancel a shirt order within about 45 minutes of purchase, before it goes to print — contact us right away or reply to your receipt email.
Digital downloads
Digital files are delivered instantly and can't be "returned," so all digital sales are final. That said, if a file is faulty, won't open, or isn't as described, email us within 30 days — we'll fix the file or refund you in full. Refunded digital purchases have their download access disabled.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually appearing within 5–10 business days.
