Shipping policy
Shirts are printed just for you, then shipped with tracking. Digital files never ship - they arrive by email instantly.
Production time
Every shirt is printed to order, typically within 2–3 business days of your purchase (busy seasons can add a day or two).
Delivery estimates
- United States: 5–8 business days total (production + shipping).
- Canada: 7–12 business days total.
- Europe, UK & Nordics: 7–14 business days total.
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–16 business days total.
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and what's in your cart. We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Any customs or import fees outside the US are the recipient's responsibility.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.
Wrong address or lost package?
Double-check your address at checkout - we can only change it within about 45 minutes of purchase, before printing starts. If tracking shows your package lost, email us and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
