What exactly do I get with a digital purchase?
A ZIP containing the design as a transparent-background PNG at 4500×5400 px (300 DPI, about 15×18 inches) plus your license file. The download link arrives by email within seconds of payment, and every purchase stays available forever in My Purchases.
What can I make with the PNG files?
Personal projects and small-business physical products (up to 500 finished items) — shirts, mugs, tumblers, stickers, party décor. You can't resell or share the file itself, and you can't upload it to print-on-demand marketplaces.
Which machines and methods do the files work with?
Sublimation, DTF, DTG, and cutting machines like Cricut Design Space and Silhouette Studio. The PNGs have true transparent backgrounds and print-ready 300 DPI resolution.
How long does shirt printing and shipping take?
Shirts are printed to order, usually within 2–3 business days, then shipped. Most US orders arrive 5–8 business days after purchase; Canada typically 7–12 business days. You'll get tracking by email the moment it ships.
Can I return a shirt or refund a digital file?
Shirts: if anything arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace or refund it. Digital files can't be 'returned', but if a file has a problem we'll fix it or refund you — just email us.
I lost my download link — now what?
Go to My Purchases, enter the email you bought with, and we'll send you a secure link to your whole library. No account or password needed.
